Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your dashboard.
Each plan includes a set number of voice minutes per month. Minutes are counted from when the AI agent connects to when the call ends, rounded to the nearest second. Inbound and outbound calls both count toward your included minutes.
No. Your monthly subscription covers the platform fee and included minutes. The only additional cost is overage minutes if you exceed your plan’s included amount. Phone number fees are included in your plan.
Yes. All paid plans support configurable monthly spending caps. Once your overage spending hits the cap, new calls are paused until the next billing cycle or you raise the cap. This prevents unexpected charges.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
