By accessing and using the Tilk AI marketing website at tilkai.com (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms govern the use of tilkai.com and the Tilk AI platform at app.tilkai.com.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation
- Collect data from the Site through automated means without permission
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Tilk AI or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Metrics, savings estimates, and performance claims on this Site are based on industry averages and may not reflect your actual results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Integrations
The Tilk AI platform may integrate with third-party services to provide additional functionality. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Tilk AI to access and use data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google Calendar
Tilk AI integrates with Google Calendar via Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Calendar API. When you connect your Google Calendar account, you authorize Tilk AI’s AI phone agents to:
- Read your calendar availability and working hours
- Create calendar events for appointments booked during phone calls
- Access calendar event details to confirm or manage bookings
You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from the Tilk AI dashboard. Upon disconnection, all stored OAuth tokens are immediately deleted and access is revoked. Tilk AI’s use of Google Calendar data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect third-party accounts used with Tilk AI
- You must comply with the third party’s own terms of service when using integrated features
- You are responsible for informing callers that scheduling is handled by an AI agent where required by applicable law
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. 1001560455 Ontario Inc., operating as Tilk AI is incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with its registered address at Suite 685 – 145 Church St, Unit 5, Toronto, ON M5B 1Y4, Canada.
